Log transfer

If you have some problem regarding the startup or the operation of Live2D Cubism, they may be resolved if you send a log file to us. Please use the following inquiry form to send a log file.


*Copy and paste the text of log.txt to the "Contents of Inquiry", as the log file is the text format.

*To resolve the general bug errors are free, however some may be resolved only for the registered clients with pay-fee-services, for example errors of environment-dependence or for an urgent order.



When you can start the application

From the application's "Help" menu, select "Open a log file" to display the log.




When you cannot start the application

The log file (log.txt) will be exported in the following place. (If the extension is not displayed, it is "log".)
   
Windows 7,Vista

C:\Documents and Settings\【user name】\AppData\Roaming\Cybernoids\【software name】

Windows XP

C:\Documents and Settings\【user name】\Application Data\Cybernoids\【software name】

*There may be a possibility that after AppData, Application Data is a hidden file and cannot be displayed. In this case, refer to the following site to change the settings to display the hidden files.

Mac OSX

/Users/【user name】/Application Data/Cybernoids/【software name】
        

【user name】is the user's name.
【software name】is "Live2D Modeler" or "Live2D Animator".
