Trouble Shooting

■ Animator doesn't operate correctly after updating QuickTime 7.7.5

Updating to QuickTime 7.5.5 released in 2/25/2014 by Apple Software Update has a bug that it does not install features related to Java. Animator won't run without these features.
To fix this, follow the instructions below and install QuickTime For Java.

If you already updated to QuickTime 7.7.5
Download the installer from Apple's QuickTime download page.
Run the installer and first select Custom. Select to install QuickTime For Java in Legacy QuickTime For Java.

If you have not updated QuickTime yet
Download the installer from Apple's QuickTime download page.
Run the installer and first select Custom. Select to install QuickTime For Java in Legacy QuickTime For Java.

■ Live2D Cubism does not recognize QuickTime

Live2D Cubism sometimes fails to recognize QuickTime automatically.
In that case, follow the instructions below to manually configure.

■ Configure QuickTime for Java manually

Live2D Cubism needs QTJava.zip in its folder. QTJava.zip is in

        C:\Program Files\QuickTime\QTSystem\QTJava.zip

Put this file to the folder below.

C:\Program Files (x86)\Live2D Cubism\app\jre_32\lib\ext\QTJava.zip  (If you installed Lve2D Cubism in default path.)

You may need to reboot your computer after configuration.
